    We were met with an open door by someone (Not sure if customer or staff) who saw that my mom was using a walker. She was very nice and gave us a welcoming feel. Hostess ignored my approach to the hostess stand. A fellow employee had to actually suggest that she "do her job". Sat at our table for nearly 30 minutes before we finally were approached by our waiter. He seemed rather irritated that he had to go get us a cocktail menu and actually picked up the wine list and laid it down in front of us and said "well, here's the wine list". He did return with the cocktail menu and service slightly improved form there. Food was excellent. They need to motivate the staff and train them in customer service. Would have gotten 5 stars if the good service element was there.
